I. Call to order II. Hear Visitors III. Approval of minutes from meeting held on August 29, 2016 IV. Update from David Schmitz on Senior and Community Center project and Bob Meyer Restricted Gift Fund V. Report from website sub -committee, Russell Kohel VI. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator Report regarding current and upcoming programs and events •. October 1: Free Shred Day from 9 a.m. -1 p.m. at City Hall Parking Lot • October 12: "Strictly Business" A presentation from local businesses — Lynn Tech from 11 a.m. — 12 p.m. • October 20: 10t1i Annual Senior Fall Fest at Veteran's Park from 5-7 p.m. Free hamburger meal, entertainment, door prizes and cake walk. • October 22: "Walk to End Alzheimer's" Wolf Pen Creek registration starts at 8:00 a.m. VII. Presentation, discussion and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given.
