DRAINAGE WAYS SHALL BE PRESERVED IN THEIR CONDITIONS AND THE NATURAL FLOW OF

14. THERE SHALL BE A 5' WIDE EASEMENTS FOR ANCHORS AND. GUY NECESSARY TO HELP
