THENCE S 430 51' 15" W along the common line between the beforementioned 40.80 acre - Tract One and the
Lord's Acres for a distance of 904.95 feet to a %" iron rod set at the south corner of the said 40.80 acre - Tract One,
same being in the east right-of-way line of State Highway No. 6 (East By -Pass);
THENCE along the east right-of-way line of State Highway No. 6, as follows:
N 230 41'04" Wfor a distance of 739.61 feet to a concrete right -Of -way marker found,
N 270 40'23" Wfor a distance of 649.38 feet to a %" iron rod found marking the west corner of the
beforementioned 40.80 acre - Tract One and in the southeast line of Stasny Lane;

Stasny Lane for a distance of 285.14 feet to a %" iron rod found;
