I. Call to order II. Hear Visitors III. Approval of minutes from meeting held on July 25, 2016 IV. Appointment of website sub-committee V. Presentation of video from Meyer plaque unveiling reception VI. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator Report regarding current and upcoming programs and events • Fall Guide available in late August - registration for classes begins September 6th • September 14: "Strictly Business" with Mark Scamardo, The Farm Patch • September 22: Fall Dance VII. Presentation, discussion and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. • Next meeting: September 26, 2016 VIII.
