The City Council may or may not attend the Economic Development Committee Regular Meeting.

2. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the Retail Economic Development Plan including
the Retail Trade Area and Opportunity Analysis.
3. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the redevelopment potential of city owned property
within the Northgate area.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding future agenda items.
5. Adjourn.

College Station,Texas will be held on the day of September 22,2015 at 3:00 pm in the City Hall Administrative
Conference Room, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be discussed, to
wit: See Agenda.
