• Watermelon Social with CS Police Department: July 28, 2016 from 2-3 p.m.
• Meyer Plaque unveiling reception: August 16, 2016 at 1:30 p.m.
• Casino Day and Luncheon: August 24, 2016 from 10 a.m. —2 p.m.
VIII. Presentation, discussion and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee
member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
