At this time; the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the
commission on issues nut already scheduled on tonight's agenda. 1 he citizen
presentations will 6e limited to three minutes iri order to auuumrrivaate everyone whu
wishes to address the Commission and to allow adequate time tor completion ot the
agenda items. I ne Commission will receive the information, ask airy staff to Iuuk Into
the matter, or will place the matter un a future agenda for discussion. (A recording is
made ot the meeting; please give your name and address tor the record.)
All matters listed under Item 4, Consent Agenda, are considered routine by the
commission and will De enacted by one motion. 1 hese items include preliminary pians
and final plats; where staff has tound compliance with all minimum subdivision
reyulatiuns. All items approved by Consent are approved with any and all staff
recornrrrenaatiuns. !Mule will not be separate discussion ot these items. It any
Commissioner desires to discuss an item on the Consent Agenda it will 6e moved to
the Regular Agenda for further consideration.
