AN ORDINANCE TO SET UP CITY DEPOSITORY.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Col-•
lege Station, Texas:
The City monies on deposit in the First State Bank and
Trust Company of Bryan, Texas, the official depository of
the City of College Station, Texas, shall be withdrawn on
warrants duly signed by the mayor, J. H. Binney, and the
City Secretary, Sidny L. Loveless.
Passed and approved this the 12th day of April, 1939 A. D.
