AN ORDINANCE CREATING OFFICE OF CITY FIRE MARSHALL AND
HOW APPOINTMENT IS FILLED.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Col-
lege Station, Texas:
1. The office of City Fire Marshal is hereby created.
2. The position shall be filled by appointment of the
mayor with the approval of the City Council.
3. The appointee shall hold office for a period of two
years.
Passed and approved this the 12th day of April, 1939 A. D.
