AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR DISPENSING WITH THE OFFICES
OF CITY TREASURER AND CITY ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR AND CON-
FERRING THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF SUCH OFFICES UPON THE CITY
'SECRETARY.
d Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Col-
lege Station, Texas that the offices of city treasurer and
city assessor and collector be and are hereby dispensed with,
and that the powers and duties prescribed by law for such
officers be and are hereby conferred upon the City Secretary.
Passed and approved this the 6th. du of Marchs 1939 A. D.
