ORDINANCE NO. 118
AN:ORDINANCE PROPOSING TO REZONE CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS,
FIXING THE TIME OF PUBLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
Section I. That Block 4, Lots i to 16 inclusive, Block 5, Lots 1 to 10
inclusive, Boyett Addition, by zoned from the present classification of
District No. 2, Second Dwelling House District, to District No. 3, Apartment
House District.
Section II. That a public hearing be held in the city office at 7:00
P.M. Wednesday, April 14, 1948.
Sddtion III. That publication of this proposal in three issues of the
Battalion and proper notice posted in lhe area concerned, shall constitute
due notice of the proposal.
Passed and approved this the 17th day of March, 1948
