AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING TO REZONE CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN TBE CITY LIMITS,
FIXING TIME OF PUBLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Counoil of College Station, Texas:
SECTION 1. Thatfrom the interseotion of Taubers Street and Sulphur
Springs Road for a depth of 189.4 ft. along Taubers Road and for a
frontage.from said interseotion easterly along Sulphur Springs Road to
the interseotion of Sulphur Springs Road and Highway 308, be zoned to
District No. 4, First Business Distriot. _
SECTION 2' That a public hearing shall be held in the City Office
at 8 p.m. November 15, 1945.
SECTION 3. That publication of this proposal in one issue of the
Battalion and proper notice posted in the area concerned, shall oon-
stitute due notice of the proposal.
