AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING TO REZONE CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS, FIXING TIME OF PUBLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of College Station, Texas:
SECTION 1. That Block 5, Lots 11718, Inclusive, and
Block 6 & 7, Lots 14-27., Inclusiv6, Boyett Addition, be
zoned to District No. 4, First Business District.
SECTION 2, That a public hearing shall be held in the
City Office at 8 p.m. October 11, 1945.
SECTION 3. That publication of this proposal in one
issue of the Battalion and proper notice posted in the area
oonoerned, shall constitute due notioe of the proposal.
