AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN PORTION OF AN ALLEY ALONG LOT 10
ACCORDING TO A REVISED PLAT OF A PART OF BLOCK 3, COLLEGE HILLS
ESTATES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas:
Pursuant to a request filed with the City, Council of the City
of College Station, Texas, August 7, 1941, that portion of the alley
lying South of a continuation or extension,in an Easterly direction
of the South or Southeast line of Lot 10, according to a revised
plat of a part of Block 3, College Hills Estates, as recorded in
Volume 102, page 93, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, be
vacated as an alley in accordance with article 1016, Revised Civil
Statutes.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas, the 8th day of September, 1941.
