ORDINANCE NO. 235
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas:
Section Io Upon recommendation of the City Zoning Commission;
after publication in the Battalion in the issues of July 26, August 2
and 9th, 1956.
Section II. Block A, Tauber Addition to be rezoned to District
number three (Apartment House District) and Lot 7.., Block 1, and Lot 1,
Block 2 of the Cooner Addition to District number five (Second Business
District).
Passed and approved this the 22nd day of August, 1956.
