ORDINANCE NO. 232
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO THE SOUTHWESTERN STATES TELEPHONE COMPANY,
A CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, THE RIGHT, PRIVILEGE
AND PERMIT TO ESTABLISH MONTHLY RATES FOR LOCAL TELEPHONE SERVICE
IN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
Section I. That the right, privilege and permit is granted to
THE SOUTHWES a STATES TELEPHONE COMPANY to put into effect the
following monthly rates:

Section II. The above rates shall become effective with the
October billing, 1956.
