BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: STANDARD D & r STANDARD S & P Upon compliance with Article II, Section 7, of the City Charter, the following territory shall be incorporated within the city limits: Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 1, Woodland Estates Addition to the City of College Station, Texas. Thence S 45° W a distance of approximately 2,606 feet to a fence for the most northerly corner of College Hills Estates Addition to the City of College Station, Texas. Thence generally in a northwesterly direction along the existing city limits to the most northerly corner of the land annexed by the City of College Station, Texas by Ordinance No. 157 dated April 12, 1951. Thence in a southwesterly direction along the existing city limits to the north corner of Lot 30, Block 1 of the Cooner Addition to the City of College Station, Texas. Thence N 45° W a distance of 701.5 feet to the north corner of Lot 78 of the Beverley Estates Addition to the City of Bryan, Texas. Thence N 45° E along the line between said Beverley Estates Addition and the original Ed Putz land a distance of 3,250 feet. Thence S 45° E through the Ed Putz land a distance of 3,258 feet to the point of beginning. Passed, approved, and ordered published this the 26th day of March, 1956.
