AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING CERTAIN TRACTS OWNED BY A & 14 CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL
INTO THE C111 LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
Section 1. Whereas, C. A. Bonnen, as President, and Milton D.
Williams, as Secretary, of the Board of Trustees of the A & M Consolidated
School District, more than 20 days ago filed with the City Council a written
request for the incorporating within the city limits of certain tracts
owned by the A & M Consolidated School District; and,
Section 2. Whereas, said C. A. Bonnen and Milton D. Williams
have attached to the aforesaid petition an affidavit to the effect that
the A & M Concolidated School District is the sole owner of the property
described below, and that no qualified voters reside therein;
Section 3. Now, therefore, .the tracts described below shall be
and the same are hereby received into and incorporated as a part of the
City of College Station, Texas.
FIRST TRACT:
CL
A tract of land situated in the J. E. Scott League (Abstract No.

OD 50) in Brazos County, Texas; being a part of a tract of 87 acres
conveyed to F. A. Dobrovolny by Frank U. Fickey and wife and Eddie
C) Dobrovolny and Albina Dobrovolny by deed dated April 5, 1919, and
recorded in Volume 48, Page 187, of the Deed Records of Brazos
a County, Texas. The tract herein described being more particularly

BEGINNING at a point in the S. W. line of said 87 acres tract at
the point of intersection with the south line of a 60 foot county
road running from State Highway No. 6 to Oakwood Addition, said
road also being a continuation of Jersey Street in the City of
College Station;
THENCE S 45 E with the said S. W. line of said 87 acre tract, at
214 feet pass the N. cor. of a 2.35 acre tract (Tract No. 2 conveyed
herein), at 557.7 feet pass the E. corner of said 2.35 acre tract
also the N. corner of the Tom J. Holik, Jr., 5-2/3 acre tract a total
distance of 1360.2 feet to the E. cor. of said 5-2/3 acre tract;
THENCE N 45 E 390.0 feet to corner;
THENCE N 45 W 1360.2 feet to the S. boundary line of Jersey Street
extended for corner;

THENCE 3 45 W with the S boundary line of Jersey Street extended
390.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
The tract herein described contains 12.18 acres of land more or
less.
,SECOND TRACT:
A tract of land situated in the J. E. Scott League (Abstract No.
50) in Brazos County, Texas, and being all of a tract of 2.35
acres conveyed to F. A. Dobrovolny by Holik et al by deed dated
March 16, 1946, and recorded in Volume 123, Page 251, of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas, said tract being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the E. corner of said. 2.35 acre tract same being the
N. corner of a tract of 5-2/3 acres owned by Tom J. Holi.k, Jr.,
and in the S. W. line of Tract No. 1 conveyed herein;
THENCE S 490 - 051 W with the S. E. line of said 2.35 acre tract and
the N. W. line of said. Tom Holik 5-2/3 acre tract 292.0 feet to
corner same being the W corner of said 5--2/3 acre tract and the N
corner of a tract of 0.02 acres owned by Mrs. Eidelweis Holik;
THENCE S 432 W with N. W. boundary of said 0.02 Ac tract 20.0 feet
to the E. boundary line of Holik Drive a 60 feet street for corner;
THENCE N 46L W with the east line of Holik Drive 315.7 feet to the
west corner of said 2.35 acre tract;
THENCE N 43 E 311.0 feet to corner in the S. W. line of Tract
No. 1 conveyed herein;
THENCE S 46i E with said S. W. line 343.7 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING.
The tract herein described contains 2.35 acres of land more or
less.
THIRD TRACT
A tract of land situated in the J. E. Scott League (Abstract No.
50) in Brazos County, Texas; being all of a tract of 5--2/3 acres
conveyed to Tom J. Holik, Jr., et al, by deed dated August 5, 1939,
and recorded in Volume 111, Page 179, of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas. The tract herein described being more particularly
described as follows:

BEGINNING at the north corner of said 5-2/3 acre tract said corner
being in the S. W. line of the F. A. Dobrovolny 87 -acre tract;
THENCE S 46L- E with the S. W. line of said 87 -acre tract and the
S. E. line of 5-2/3 acre tract herein described a distance of 804.5
feet to the East corner of said 5-2/3 acre tract;
THENCE S 33° --10' W with the S. W. line of said 5-2/3 acre tract a
distance of 294.0 feet to the S. corner of said tract said point
being in the east boundary line of Holik Drive;
THENCE N 46' W with the E boundary line of Holik Drive, and the N. W.
boundary of said 5-2/3 acre tract at 810.5 feet pass the south corner
of a tract of 0.02 acres owned by Eidelweis Holik at which point Holik
Drive diverges in a N. W. direction, a total distance of 885.8 feet
to corner same being the west corner of said Holik 5--2/3 acre tract
and an interior corner of the Dobrovolny 2.35 acre tract;
THENCE N 49° - 05' E with the S. E. line of said 2.35 acre tract and
the N. E. line of said 5-2/3 acre tract a distance of 292.0 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
The tract herein described contains 5--2/3 acres of land, more or
less.
FO T TRACT:
A tract of land situated in the J. E. Scott League (Abstract No.
50) in Brazos County, Texas, being a part of a tract of 14.86
acres conveyed to Jimmie Holik by Thomas Holik, Sr., et al, by
deed dated January 4, 1940, and recorded in Volume 102, Page 82,
of Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. The tract herein des-
cribed being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an interior corner of said 14.86 acre tract, said
corner being located N 45 W 885- feet from the most easterly
corner of said tract and also being the west corner of the Toin
J. Holik, Jr. 5-2/3 acre tract and an interior corner of the
Dobrovolny 2.35 acre tract;
THENCE S 43.E W with boundary of said 2.35 acre tract 20.0 feet to
corner in the east boundary line of Holik Drive a 60 foot street;
THENCE S 61° - 36' E with the east line of Holik Drive 77.6 feet to
the northwest line of said Holik 5-2/3 acre tract;
THENCE N 46z W with the northwest line of said 5-2/3 acre tract
75.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
The tract herein described contains 0.02 acres of land, more or
less.

FII'1'H TRACT:
A tract of land situated in the J. E. Scott League (Abstract
No. 50) in Brazos County, Texas, being a part of a. tract of
4.06 acres conveyed to A. L. Holik by Thomas Holik, Sr.., et al,
by deed dated August 5, 1939, and recorded in Volume 100,
Page 536, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. The
tract herein described being more particularly described as
follows.
TINGINNING at a point in the northeast line of said 4.06 acre
tract at the point of intersection of said line with the south
right of way line of a 60 ft. county road running from State
Highway No. 6 to Oakwood Addition, said point being S 46° - 30'
E 30 ft. from the original North corner of said 4.06 acre tract
and also in the southwest line of a tract of 87 acres owned by
F. A. Dobrovolny;
THENCE with the northeast line of said 4.06 acre tract and the
southwest line of said 87 -acre tract S 46° 301 E a distance
of 214.0 ft. to the north corner of a tract of 2.35 acres
owned by F. A. Dobrovolny also a part of said 4.06 acre tract;
THENCE with the northwest line of said 2.35 acre tract S 430 30' W
a distance of 271.0 ft. to the east corner of a tract of 0.27 acres
owned by T'Trs. Eidelweis Holik;
THENCE with the northeast line of said 0.27 acre tract N 46° 301
W a distance of 212.0 ft. to the south right-of-way line of said
county road running from State Highway No. 6 to Oakwood Attition;
THENCE with the south right-of-way line of said county road
N 43° 30' E a distance of 271.0 ft. to the PLACE OF BNGINNING.
The tract herein described contains 1.32 acres of land, more or
less.
SIXTH TRACT:
A tract of land situated in the J. E. Scott League (Abstract
No. 50) in Brazos County, Texas, being a. part of a tract of
14.86 acres conveyed to Jimmie Holik, deceased husband of
Ivirs. Eidelweis Holik, by Thomas Honk, Sr. et al, by deed dated
January 4, 1940, and recorded in Volume 102, Page 82, of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. The tract herein des-
cribed being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at the original north corner of said 14.86 acre
tract said point being in the south right—of—way of a county
road running from State Highway No. 6 to Oakwood Addition and
in the southwest line of a tract of 1.32 acres owned by A. L.
Holik;
THENCE with the southwest line of said 1.32 acre tract S 46 E
a distance of 212.0 ft. to the south corner of said 1.32 acre
tract same being a corner of said 14.86 acre tract and in the
northwest line of a tract of 2.35 acres owned by F. A. Dobrovolny;
THENCE with the northwest line of said 2.35 acre tract S 45 W
at 40.0 ft. pass the west corner of said 2.35 acre tract and
enter the east R.O.W. line of Holik Drive a total distance of
55.0 ft. to a corner in the east line of said Holik Drive;
THENCE with the east line of said Holik Drive N 45 W a distance
of 212.0 ft. to the south R.U.W. line of said county road running
from State Highway No. 6 to Oakwood Addition;
THENCE with the said county road N 45 E 5,5.9 ft. to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING.
The tract herein described contains 0.27 acres of land, more
or less.
