AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 1 OF THE
SOUTHEAST COLLEGE PARK ADDITION.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ' HE CITY OF
COLLEGE STAT ION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the owner of all property abutting on the
alley lying between Lots 5 and 6, and Lot 7, Block 1, of
Southeast College Park Addition in the City of College
Station, presented a petition praying for the vacation
and abandonment of such alley;
And whereas, the City Council finds that no necessity
for such alley exists at this time, and that the interest
of the public would be served by this ordinance;
Now, Therefore, the above mentioned alley is hereby
vacated and abandoned as provided by law and title to sane
is vested in the owner of the property bordering on such
alley; it being The intention of said City to vacate and
abandon to said owner all of the alley in Block 1 of said
Southeast College Park Addition which lies East or North
East of an extension of the South West line of Lot 7 in
said Block in a South East direction to the North line
of Lot 5 in said Block, and Thence, to the North line of
Lot 6 In said Block.
