AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 6 OF TAUBER ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
WHEREAS, the St. Aary's Church of College Station, Texas, acting
through Father T. J. Valenta and W. E. Nash, appeared at the meeting of the
City Council on December S3, 1952 and presented a petition stating that said
church owned lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 in Block 6 of the Tauber Addition, said
lots being all lots which bordered upon an alley in said Block 6, and
requesting that said alley be vacated as such; NOV THEREFORE,
The alley in Block 6 of the Tauber Addition is hereby vacated and
abandoned for use as an alley.
