ORDINANCE NO. 160
An Ordinance vacating and closing part of the alley in Lot 8
of Block 5, Southeast College Park Addition.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of C ol]e ge
Station, Texas
A petition so requesting having been presented by owners
of all lots in Block 8 of Southeast College Park Addition
now therefore
1. The alley in Block 5 is hereby vacated and closed as
such at a point fifteen (15) feet northeast of the northeast
boundary line between Lots 8 and 9 and Lots 3 and 4 of afore-
said Block 8.
Passed and approved this the 30th day of April, 1951, A.D.
