AN ORDINANCE VACATING "'FIE ALLEY IN BLOCK 1 OF OAKWOCD ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
WHEREAS, all the owners of property situated in Block 1 of the
Oakwood Addition as platted in recorded in the Deed Records of
Brasos County, Texas, have filed written application for the alley
in said Block to be vacated as such, NOW THERE'_'ORE:
1. The alley in Block 1 of the Oakwood Addition is hereby vacated.
2. An easment for public utility lines in the land vacated Ps
the alley is hereby expressly retained by the City, its successors "nd
assigns.
