AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO DISCHARGE ANY FIREARM
WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE CITY, DEFINING FIREARMS, AND PROVIDING
A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
1. It shall be unlawful to shoot a firearm within the limits
of the city.
2. A firearm shall include specifically but not exclusively
any shotgun, pistol, rifle, air rifle, B. B. gun, or any other
mechanism that discharges or ejects any bullet, buckshot, or any
other metallic object of any size by force of combusion„machan,ism
or air.
3. Anyone violating this ordinance shall be guilty of misde—
meanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than five ($5.00)
dollars nor more than fifty ($50.00) dollars.
