AN ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN AREA FROM DISTRICT 3 TO DISTRICT 5.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
Ordinance No. 135, proposing to rezone a certain area from
District 3 to District 5, which area is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a stake in the south corner of K.
Pearson tract of land, said property being described
in a deed dated October 15, 1932 from I. P. Cooner and
Martha Cooner to K. Pearson recorded in Volume 83, page
149 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, said
stake being in the northeast line of Highway No. 6;
thence in a southeasterly direction along the northwest
property line of Highway No. 6 a distance of one hundred
(100) feet to a corner stake; thence in a northeasterly
direction and parallel to the southeastern line of the
said K. Pearson track a distance of 417 feet to a corner
stake; thence in a northwesterly direction and parallel
to State Highway No. 6 a distance of one hundred (100)
feet to a corner stake; thence in a southwesterly
direction and parallel to the southwestern line of K.
Pearson tract a distance of 417 feet to the point of
beginning.
