AN ORDINANCE MAKING THE+' PROVISIONS OF THE STATE PLUMBING
LICENSE LAW OF 1947 APPLICABT,F WITHIN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas:
1. The provisions of the State Plumbing License Law of 1947
(Acts 1947, 50th Legislature, State of. Texas, P. 192, Ch. 115) which
apply in cities of more thanfive thousand (5,000) population shall
be applicable likewise within this City, and the said provisions of
said law are hereby adopted.
