Description of said easement is as follows: Lot #1, Holt Addition: Beginning at a point in the common line between Lot 1 of Holt Addition to the City of College Station and Lot 5, Block 1 of Carter's Grove Subdivision to the City of College Station, said point being 2. 0 feet N47°08'W of the common corner of Lots 1 and 10 of said Holt Addition and Lots 5 and 6, Block 1 of said Carter's Grove Subdivision. Thence: 196.0 feet N47°08'W along the common line of said Lot 1 of Holt Addition and said Lot 5, Block 1 of Carter's Grove Subdivision to a point. Thence: 20.0 feet S42°46'36"W parallel to the northwest line of said Lot 1, Holt Addition to a point. Thence: 161.0 feet, more or less, S47°08'E parallel to the northeast line of said Lot 1, Holt Addition to a point. Thence: 63.0 feet, more or less, S22°28'30"W to a point on Holt Street Cul de sac said point also being in the south line of said Lot 1, Holt Addition. Thence: With the line of said Lot 1, Holt Addition in a southwesterly direction around the Holt Street Cul de sac a distance of 15 feet, more or less, to a point 2 feet from the common line of said Lots 1 and 10, Holt Addition. Thence: 74.67 feet, N42°28'30"E to the place of beginning. Lot # 10, Holt Addition: Beginning at a point in the common line between Lot 10 of Holt Addition and Lot 6 , Block 1 Carter's Grove Subdivision to the City of College Station, said point being 5. 0 feet S47°08'E of the common corner of Lots 1 and 10 of said Holt Addition and Lots 5 and 6, Block 1 of said Carter's Grove Subdivision. Thence: 190.5 feet, 547°08'E along the common line of said Lot 10 Holt Addition and said Lot 6, Block 1 of Carter's Grove Subdivision to a point. Thence: 20.0 feet, S42°28'38"W parallel to the southwest line of said Lot 10 Holt Addition to a point. 01175 Thence: 190.5 feet, N47°08'W parallel to the northwest line of said Lot 10 Holt Addition to a point. Thence: 56.5 feet, more or less, S42°28'38"W parallel to the common line of Lots 1 and 10 of said Holt Addition to a point on Holt Street Cul de sac said point also being in the west line of said Lot 10 Holt Addition. Thence: 5. 0 feet, more or less, with the line of said Lot 1, Holt Addition in a northwesterly direction around the Holt Street Cul de sac to a point 5 feet from the common line of said Lots 1 and 10 Holt Addition. Thence: 74. 67 feet, N42°28' 08"E to the place of beginning. BE IT ORDAINED by the City council of the City of College Station, Texas, that: WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council of the City of College Station that there is an easement for utilities reserved from the developer to the City of College Station; and WHEREAS, said easement is not needed and will not be needed in the future; and WHEREAS, the present property owner is desirous of adding said easement to his present lots, from which it was taken; IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ORDAINED that such easement be vacated and that the Mayor and City Secretary be authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of College Station, to owner of Lots One and Ten, any right or claim which the city has in and to said easement.
