ORDINANCE NO. 467
AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING EASEMENT ACROSS THE REAR 7.5 FEET OF LOTS 1, 2, 3,
18, 19 AND 20, BLOCK 4, TAUBER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLT,EGE STATION, TEXAS:
That a utility easement previously dedicated across the rear 7.5 feet of
Lots 1, 2, 3, 1F, 19 and 20, Block 4, Tauber Addition to the City of
College Station be abandoned, vacated and held null and void, so that fee
title with full use and control may revert to the original party dedicating
same or those who hold under him. It has been found as a matter of record
that the City of College Station has never made entry upon or taken use or
possession of this easement and that it has no plans for future use of such
property.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 23rd day of May, 1966.
