ORDINANCE NO 442
AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 4, 5, 16, AND 17, BLOCK 4, TAUB i ADDITION PRESENTLY
ZONED AS DISTRICT NO. 2, SECOND DWFTLING HOUSE DISTRICT, TO DISTRICT NO. 3,
APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by
WHEREAS, the City
7:00 p.ni., October 25,

the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall at
1965 on the question of rezoning areas within the city
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining thereto
and having the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission has
determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 4, 5, 16, and 17, Block
4, Tauber Addition, presently zoned as District No. 2, Second Dwelling House
District, to District No. 3, Apartment House District, and it is so ordained
that said change be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of October, 1965.
