AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOT C, TAUBER ADDITION, PRESENTLY ZONED AS DISTRICT
NO. 1, FIRST DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT TO DISTRICT NO. 3, APARTMENT HOUSE
DISTRICT.
BB IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall
G� at 7:00 p.m., June 15, 1964, on the question of rezoning areas within the
1h6 city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining there -
a to and having the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission
Lu has determined the following:

To rezone or change the classification of Lot C, Tauber Addition,
0.., presently zoned as District No. 1, First Dwelling House District, to District
No. 3, Apartment House District, and it is so ordained that said change be
effective immediately.
