AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING CERTAIN TERRITORY ADJOINING THE LIMITS OF THE CITY INTO
AND INCORPORATING THE SAME AS A PART OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:

Upon compliance with Article II, Section 7, of the City Charter and
61 applicable laws of the State of Texas, the following territory shall be incor-
Z porated within the city limits:
let Beginning at a point in the Northeast line of the South Knoll, a sub-
division of the City of College Station, said point being 530.0 feet South
OD 45° East from the Northeast corner of said South Knoll Subdivision, and
said point also being a corner of the existing city limit line.
Thence South 45° East a distance of 627.51 feet with the Northeast line
of said South Knoll Subdivision to a point for corner, said point also being
the Northwest corner of Lot 10, Block 10 of the Glade Subdivision.

Thence North 45° East a distance of 130.0 feet with the Northwest line
of said Lot 10, Block 10 of the Glade Subdivision to a point for corner, said
point also being in the Southwest line of Laura Lane.
Thence South 45° East a distance of 105.6 feet with the Southwest line
of Laura Lane to a point for corner, said point also being in the Southeast
line of the Glade Subdivision.
Thence North 45° East a distance of 150.0 feet with the Southeast line
of the Glade Subdivision to a point, said point also being a corner of the
existing city limit line.
Thence North 45° West a distance of 733.11 feet with the existing city
limit line to a point for corner, said point also being a corner of the existing
city limit line.
Thence South 45° West a distance of 310.0 feet with the existing city
limit line to the point of beginning.
Passed and approved this the 25th day of May, 1964.
