ORDINANCE NO. 380
AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE THOSE PARTS OF LOTS 31 AND 32 PRESENTLY ZONED AS
DISTRICT NO. 5, SECOND BUSINESS DISTRICT AND DISTRICT NO. 3, APARTMENT
HOUSE DISTRICT, IN THE D. A. SMITH SUBDIVISION, TO DISTRICT NO. 4, FIRST
BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 p.m. September 23, 1963 on the question of rezoning areas within
the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining there-
to and having the recommendation of the City Planning and Zoning Commission
has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of those parts of lots 31 and 32
in the D. A. Smith Subdivision presently zoned as District No. 5, Second
Business District and District No. 3, Apartment House District, to District
No. 4, First Business District, and it is so ordained that said change be
effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of September, 1963.
