ORDINANCE NO. 344
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE 1962-63 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
WHEREAS a proposed budget for the fiscal year, July 1, 1962, to June
30, 1963, was prepared and a public hearing held thereon as prescribed by
law, now, THEREFORE,
1. The aforesaid proposed budget, a copy of which is attached here-
to and made a part hereof, is hereby adopted.
2. Authorization is hereby granted for the expenditure of the sums
under the respective items contained in said budget in accordance with
the approved fiscal procedures of the City.
Passed and approved this the 15th day of June, 1962, A. D.
