ORDINANCE NO. 321
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 5, TAUBER
ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the owners of all property abutting on the
alley lying between Lot 1 and the A. & Mo Methodist Church
tract in Block 5 of Tauber Addition in the City of College
Station, recorded in Volume 133, page 182, in the deed
records of Brazos County, presented a petition praying for
the vacating and abandonment of such alley;
And whereas, the City Council finds that no necessity
for such alley exists at this time, and that interest of
public would be served by this ordinance;
Now, therefore, the above mentioned alley is hereby
vacated and abandoned as provided by law and title to same
be vested in the owner of the property bordering on such
alley; it being the intention of said City to vacate and
abandon to said owner all of the alley in Block 5 of said
Tauber Addition which lies between Lot 1 and the A. & M.
Methodist Church tract as recorded in Volume 133, page 182,
in the deed records of Brazos County.,
