AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR THE YEAR 1961 AND FIXING THE
TIME OF THE FIRST MEETING OF SAID BOARD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
Section I. The Board of Equalization for the year 1961 shall be composed
of Messrs. Ed Kidd, W. I. Truettner, and Jack Chaney.
Section II. The first meeting of said Board of Equalization shall be
held on the 31st day of March, 1961, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 27th day of February, 1961.
