AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NO, 38, BY ADDING
A MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
A. By reason of the growth of the City of College Station, and on the basis
of extensive studies, inspections, consideration of land use and the
living conditions of the citizens, and in order to preserve peace, health,
safety and general welfare, the City Council of the City of College Station
has determined that an additional DISTRICT 3-A, MOBILE HOME PARK
DISTRICT, shall be created as an addition to Ordinance No. 38.
B. REGULATIONS, DISTRICT 3-A, MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT:
GENERAL: In District 3-A, no building, structure, land or premises
shall be used and no building or structure shall be hereafter erected,
moved, constructed or altered, except as provided in the MOBILE
HOME PARK ORDINANCE.
C. IT IS FURTHER ORDAINED that all other provisions of said Ordinance
No. 38 and the amendments thereto, are adopted and made a part of
this Ordinance, and all penalties and other provisions contained therein,
which are not in conflict herewith, are now included and adopted.
D. PASSED AND ADOPTED on this 23rd day of May, 1969.
