AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 38 RELATING TO ZONING
PASSED AND APPROVED ON JANUARY 22, 1940 BY CHANGING THE HEIGHT
REGULATION OF SECTION NO. 8, DISTRICT NO. 4, FIRST BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station,
Texas:
The height regulation of Ordinance No. 38, Section No. 8, District
No. 4, First Business District, is hereby changed to read as follows:
Height: There shall be no height limits on buildings hereafter
erected or structurally altered.
