AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 563 ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS ON COUNTY ROAD
IN THE CITY OF COLT,FGE STATION, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Ordinance No. 563 ordering improvements on County Road be amended to read
as follows:
R! Article IV (a) shall be amended to read "The total cost of curb and
gutter and not to exceed 9/10 of all the remaining costs of the improvements
shall be assessed against the owners of abutting property."

Article IV (b) shall be amended to read "After deducting the total cost
of curb and gutter and not more than 9/10 of all the remaining costs of the
11.1 improvements, the remaining costs of the improvements shall be paid by the City
(1) of College Station."
