AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 528 RELATING TO A BUILDING CODE PASSED AND
APPROVED JUNE 26, 1967, BY ADOPTING THE 1967 REVISION TO THE 1965 EDITION OF
THE SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILDING CODE.
BE IT ORDERED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas,
Ordinance No. 528 relating to a Building Code, passed and approved on the 26th
day of June, 1967, is hereby amended by adopting the 1967 Revision of the 1965
Edition of the Southern Standard Building Code as adopted by the Southern
Building Code Congress.
This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 15th day of December, 1967.
