WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, has determined that Old County Road, being described as: Beginning at the most easterly corner of a 50. 97 acre tract of land conveyed to Woodson Lumber Co. of Cameron by C. W. Schwartz by deed dated 17 July 1958 and recorded in Volume 190, page 385 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas. Thence S 44° 27' W - 1337. 0 feet along the southeast line of said 50. 97 acre tract; Thence S 45° 33' E - 50. 0 feet to the northwest line of the Knoll Subdivision, College Station, Texas, as described by plat recorded in Volume 140, page 462-A of the Brazos County Deed Records; Thence N 44° 27' E - 1337. 0 feet along the northwest line of the Knoll to the south- west line of Glade Street; Thence N 45° 27' W - 50. 0 feet to the point of beginning, in the said City of College Station, Texas is not in fact a street and is not functioning as such at this time, Therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas: 1. Old County Road beginning at the most easterly corner of a 50. 97 acre tract of land conveyed to Woodson Lumber Co. of Cameron by C. W. Schwartz by deed dated 17 July 1958 and recorded in Volume 190, page 385 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, Thence S 44° 27' W - 1337. 0 feet along the southeast line of said 50. 97 acre tract; Thence S 45° 33' E - 50. 0 feet to the northwest line of the Knoll Subdivision, College Station, Texas, as described by plat recorded in Volume 140, page 462-A of the Brazos County Deed Records; Thence N 44° 27' E - 1337, 0 feet along the northwest line of the Knoll to the south- west line of Glade Street; 01374 Thence N 45° 27' W - 50. 0 feet to the point of beginning, is hereby closed as a public street.
