This section highlights some of the more common questions. If you have questions for the Planner on Call, please contact us at (979) 764-3858 or POC@cstx.gov. Q: I have an idea for a potential development within the City, but I’m not sure what all needs to be done to the property. What do I do? A: The City offers a service called a Pre-Application Conference (PAC) which allows any member of the public to propose their idea to Planning, Engi- neering, Fire, and any other necessary department for feedback regarding the development process and any potential requirements for the proposed site. PACs are held every Wednesday at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 in the 2nd floor conference room of City Hall. To request a PAC, you will need to con- tact the Planner-on-Call and provide any preliminary documents and/or in- formation about the proposal needed for staff to research your questions and schedule the next available PAC appointment. For additional information regarding Pre-Application Conferences, please contact the Planner-on-Call.
