1. Approval of minutes of meetings held Tuesday, February 24 and Monday,
March 1, 1976.
2. Listen to tape of Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting regarding
parkland dedication of College Station Apartments, Southwest Parkway,
(Paul Wahlberg Project).
3. 7:30 P.M. Discussion of possible consideration of future dedication
to be adjacent to Anderson Ridge Park to be made by Brazos Land
Properties. Steve Arden to be present.
4. 8:00 P.M. Discussion of dedication plan for Southwest Parkway Park
Wahlberg Project. Paul Wahlberg to be present.
5. 8:30 P.M. Discussion of possible extension of Oaks Park. Set date
to visit site.
6. Discuss formal dedication of Brazos County Bicentennial Arboretum
Bee Creek Park, March 21, 1976.
7. Other. business.
8. Adjourn.
