RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ADDENDUM
NUMBER 2 TO AGREEMENT FOR LEASE, OCCUPANCY, AND USE OF
PUBLIC PROPERTY AND THE PROVISION OF ADVERTISING AND
TOURIST PROMOTION SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College
Station met at its regular meeting on September 13,
1990; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered the wish of the
Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce to renovate
its building and parking facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Chamber of Commerce and the City Council
wish to amend their original lease agreement to release
the City from reimbursing the Chamber in the event the
lease is terminated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, that the Mayor is
hereby authorized to execute Addendum Number 2 to
Agreement for Lease, Occupancy, and Use of Public
Property and the Provision of Advertising and Tourist
Promotion Services for the city Of College Station.
