AN RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COMPLETION OF THE ACQUISITION OF
A 6.7 ACRE TRACT OF LAND IN THE S.W. ROBERTSON LEAGUE FROM
JAMES W. GRAY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC
TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION LINES AND ELECTRIC SUBSTATION
ACCESS.
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of September, 1990, the City Council
met in its regular meeting and considered a proposal to pur-
chase from James W. Gray a 6.7 acre tract of land in the S.W.
Robertson League for the construction and maintenance of elec-
tric transmission and distribution lines and electric sub-
station access.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COLLEGE STATION THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized
to complete the acquisition for the City of a 6.7 acre tract
of land in the S.W. Robertson League from James W. Gray for
the construction and maintenance of electric transmission and
distribution lines and electric substation access.
