A RESOLUTION BY THE COLLEGE STATION CITY COUNCIL
CONSIDERING A CONTRACT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITIES OF
BRYAN AND COLLEGE STATION AND THE BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION
JOINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council met
on the llth day of October, 1990, and reviewed a
contract by and between the Cities of Bryan and College
Station and the Bryan-College Station Joint Economic
Development Corporation;
WHEREAS, the City Council supports the change of
termination notification provision (Section 18) to one
year since operations are planned on annual basis.
WHEREAS, the City Council having determined that it
should enter into the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of College Station hereby approves the
contract by and between the Cities of Bryan and College
Station and the Bryan-College Station Joint Economic
Development Corporation.
