A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY MANAGER AND
CITY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE CON-
TRACTOR SERVICES TO THE BRAZOS VALLEY SOLID WASTE MAN-
AGEMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council met
on the 11th day of October, 1990, and reviewed a con-
tract to act as contractor for the Brazos Valley Solid
Waste Management Agency;
WHEREAS, the City Council having determined that it
should enter into the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of College Station that the City Manager is
authorized to execute the contracted services agreement
with the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency.
