WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College
Station met on June 8, 1989, and again on September 14,
1989, and considered the request of Young Brothers,
Inc., to operate a temporary batching plant incidental
to the construction of the Texas Centroid Ranch project
(Pebbles Creek subdivision) and State Highway 6 South,
Project Number F471(32);
WHEREAS, Young Brothers, Inc., has indicated that this
temporary batching plant will be utilized solely for
the manufacture of concrete for uses incidental to the
construction of the Texas Centroid Ranch project
(Pebbles Creek subdivision) and State Highway 6 South,
Project Number F471(32);
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College
Station determined that the execution of a Development
Agreement with Young Brothers, Inc., would be in the
best interest of the residents of the City of College
Station and approved it;
WHEREAS, Young Brothers, Inc. seeks approval of the use
for another year pursuant to the agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of College Station that the Mayor of the City
of College Station be and is hereby authorized to exe-
cute a Development Agreement with Young Brothers, Inc.,
allowing the operation of a temporary batching plant
for construction incidental to the Texas Centroid Ranch
project (Pebbles Creek subdivision) and State Highway 6
South, Project Number F471(32).
