A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 9-13-90-13, PRE-
SCRIBING AN ASSESSMENT FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL IN THE CITY
OF COLLEGE STATION, BY ADDING AN ASSESSMENT FOR THE
DISPOSAL OF MEDICAL WASTE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
College Station that:
The following monthly charges shall be assessed and
collected from each person, firm or corporation within
the city limits of the City of College Station for the
collection and disposal of medical waste:

i to 10 Bags per month
$ 108.80
11 to 20 Bags per month
Any person, firm or corporation requiring the collec-
tion and disposal of more than 20 bags of medical waste
per month or which has roll-off container medical waste
disposal shall be required to obtain a separate con-
tract with the city for this service.
Ail such medical wastes shall be separate from all
other waste normally collected by the City of College
Station Solid Waste Collection Department and the above
charges shall be in addition to other charges for solid
waste collection and disposal services provided to any
affected customers.
That all such charges shall be effective on all in-
voices submitted by the City of College Station to
Users on or after March 1, 1991.
