RESOLUTION R]~2~3BSTING THE CITY COUNCIL TO AUTHORIZE THE
NAYOR TO EXECUTE ~S NECESSARY TO SUB~IT CO~ll]NITY
DEVELO~ BLOCK GRANT FINAL STATemENT, REI~THD ~S,
AND CERTIFICATIONS.
W~mEAS, the City administers a HUD funded Co-unity
Development Block Grant ~roqr--; and
WHEREAS, the City must submit the 1991-92 Co~lllity
Development Block Grant Final Statement of Community
Development Objectives and Use of Funds and related
documents and certifications in order to receive said
funding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDbythe City Council of the
City of College Station that the Mayor be authorized to
execute all necessary documents required for submission to
the De~t of HousingAnd Urban Development and to
provide such additional information as ~ay be required.
