A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE BRAZOS VALLEY SOLID
WASTE MANAGEMENT AGENCY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER
LINES.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council met
at its regular meeting on the 25th day of July, 1991;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered the Development
Agreement with the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management
Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION that the Mayor is
authorized to execute the Development Agreement with
the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency for the
construction of water lines, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of July, 1991.
