RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH BAPTIST CHURCH LOAN
CORPORATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WATERLINE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College
Station met at its regular meeting on June 13, 1991;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered the request of the
Baptist Church Loan Corporation for the City to con-
struct a waterline from FM 2818 to its property; and
WHEREAS, the Baptist Church Loan Corporation has paid
the sum of $4,000.00 to cover the costs of the instal-
lation of 80 linear feet of 18" pipe by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, that the Mayor is
hereby authorized to execute a Development Agreement
with the Baptist Church Loan Corporation for the con-
struction of the waterline.
